Tina Bible

Tina Bible is the Food and Beverage Director at Tanglewood Resort, where she brings over 15 years of culinary and hospitality expertise to one of North Texas’s premier destinations. A classically trained chef from the Culinary School of Fort Worth and a member of the American Culinary Federation, Tina is known for her ability to blend elevated cuisine with warm, guest-centered experiences.

Throughout her career, Tina has built a reputation for creating thoughtfully curated menus, dynamic seasonal offerings, and signature events that capture both creativity and approachability. Her leadership style emphasizes innovation, team development, and a deep commitment to quality, resulting in dining experiences that are both refined and memorable.

At Tanglewood Resort, Tina oversees all food and beverage operations, continuously elevating the resort’s culinary identity through inspired concepts, locally influenced flavors, and a passion for hospitality that resonates with every guest.

 

Chef Michael Rios

Chef Michael began his culinary journey as a young man at the age of 10. Michael began his career with a self owned baking business at age 12. He then studied and competed in the culinary arts throughout highschool, while working in some of the best restaurants in Fort Worth. after graduating, Michael continued his education in Culinary Arts at El Centro College in Dallas. For over 10 years, Michael has grown his techniques and skills, and was named Best New Chef of 2024 in Fort Worth. Michael is currently paving the way for Voltage through his Executive Chef position at Trinity Street in Decatur where he recently won Best Steak of Wise County in 2026. Michael will be branching out
and growing with Voltage in Denton and beyond!

 

Chef Eric Faulkner


Eric Faulkner is a co-owner of Dunn Rite Cafe and a lifelong restaurant with over 40 years of experience. He is dedicated to serving quality food, building community, and treating every guest like family.
